Being in the middle of the Black Forest immediately excited me because it perfectly blends quiet, nature and relaxation. I especially liked the spacious rooms and the exceptionally friendly service staff, who noticeably enhanced the stay. For a 4‑star wellness hotel, I was disappointed by the lack of appreciation at arrival, no welcome drink despite a long journey, no luggage service, the misleading half‑board details on Booking (42 € instead of over 60 € per person), and the hotel’s lack of willingness to resolve this price discrepancy.

I was blown away by how comfy the hotel was; the staff even brought me personally to my room and there were plenty of free perks, so I slept like a log.

Everything was great, with a lot of attention to detail.

The large sauna area, the dinner, and the friendly staff were great. The room had no air conditioning, and at breakfast the cheese and meat weren’t freely available.

The hotel is lovely and sits in a quiet spot, with a beautiful park‑like garden and a pool, and the staff were very friendly; the food was fantastic.
