The location was great, but they’re aiming for 5 stars. The new coffee machine didn’t work at all, and I was told to switch rooms because my original category was unavailable—turns out the new room was almost identical. The bathroom looked old‑fashioned, there were too many doors to navigate, the deep tub was impractical, and the staff offered no flexibility.
