Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were amazing, on a different level from any other hotel in Ireland. Everything was just incredible. Nothing to dislike.

It felt very modern, yet there was a hint of old-fashioned charm with the pub; the staff were very nice and helpful, and overall it was lovely. The hot tubs and thermal pool were not working or warm, which was a bit of a bummer.

The place was clean, comfortable, the food was great, and the views were lovely. The heated pool was cold and unusable, and the hot tubs had been decommissioned.

I didn’t enjoy the buffet breakfast; it only had coffee and toast that you had to serve yourself.
