“Decent but overpriced”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The peaceful surroundings with plenty of greenery and helpful staff were definite positives, and the restaurant served reasonably good food in a clean environment. However, I felt that the rooms were overpriced compared to similar hotels in the area, and the worn-out carpets and furniture, along with uncomfortable futon-like mattresses, detracted from my stay.

I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service I received during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I must say, I was expecting some areas for improvement but unfortunately, I didn't get any notable cons during my stay as the service was excellent.

My experience with this hotel had its surprising moments. When I booked my room, I was informed that only my NID or Passport was required, but to my surprise, the staff requested my marriage certificate, which I found quite impressive as it showed their diligence. However, I found it confusing that no requirements were needed except the required documents.

I was pleased with the environment of this hotel, it was serene and lovely. Unfortunately, I didn't get to explore much else during my stay, so I don't have much else to comment on.

My stay had its good and bad moments. On the positive side, I found the hotel to be good, but on the downside, I was disturbed by local people gathering inside the resort.
