We spent ten days here and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The management and front‑desk team went above and beyond to keep us comfortable, and the hotel itself was spotless with rooms that were surprisingly roomy and cozy. A big shout‑out to Simur for assisting us with everything along the way. I’d highly recommend this place to any traveler.

“Konforlu ve güzeldi, güleryüzlü çalışanlar”

We found the hotel clean and the staff attentive. In particular, the lady at breakfast and Simur Bey at reception deserve a huge thank you for ensuring our holiday was comfortable. The location requires a taxi to reach the main tourist spots, but because we were traveling with a baby we chose this quieter area. Our room was spacious and practical, and we liked it.

“Great staff, but breakfast and room maintenance need improvement.”

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always polite and making us feel welcome. However, breakfast was very limited, offering only a few kinds of bread, juice, and tea, nothing else. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, and we had to call reception several times before it was fixed.

The room was very large and equipped with everything needed, overall it was nice. The staff were friendly and answered all our questions, even asking if we wanted the room cleaned. The air‑conditioner sign was outside the room, which annoyed me a few times.
