We stayed there on a trip with a friend; the Japanese‑Western room with an open‑air bath had a TV and air‑conditioning in each unit, letting us relax comfortably. The food selection was ample and delicious, and I especially loved the crispy tempura. When my friend forgot something, the staff promptly contacted us, and when I called the hotel before arrival they returned the call immediately, apologizing for missing my earlier call; everyone at reception and on the restaurant floor was very kind. However, I didn’t notice at first that there was dust buildup on top of the fridge and by the bedside lamp, and the open‑air bath lacked a changing area, which felt awkward—perhaps a partition would make it less embarrassing.
