“Confortável, mas atendimento pessimo”

I could only ask for the room to be cleaned before 12 h, which is ridiculous. I arrived at the front desk at 12:03 and they said they couldn’t tidy it any further. I kicked the door and they eventually cleaned it, but they didn’t replace the towels. The staff had no desire to help; I had to grab a napkin from the reception closet because they wouldn’t give it to me. The restaurant was locked after breakfast, so we couldn’t even get utensils at night, even though there was a microwave and a table at reception for meals. The shower was bad too, it would heat up very suddenly.

The location was perfect for what I needed, and the accommodation was good. The lack of a restaurant and the external noise were the only negatives.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The bed had a very soft mattress, and the air‑conditioner was very noisy.

The location was good for the places I needed to go. Breakfast was good, and the staff were polite. I couldn’t turn on the TV, which was a bit annoying.

“Excelente”

The receptionist was very polite, the bedding was nice, everything was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and overall it was excellent. I have nothing to complain about; everything was perfect.
