The rooms were spotless and had a pleasant scent. The only hiccup was that the building lacks an elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up to the 4th floor can be a struggle, but the staff stepped in to help.

“A Peaceful Hidden Gem with Wonderful Staff”

Fi rst of all, I must mention that the staff is very polite and helpful; this was a major factor when writing my review and giving my rating. I saw some reviews mentioning that the bed wasn't great and there was mold in the bathroom. The bed might not be the best in the world, but unless you have a sensitive back, it's perfectly fine to sleep on. As for the bathroom, Da Nang is already a very humid city, so you have to run the AC 24/7 anyway. That being said, there was absolutely no mold in the bathroom, and it was very hygienic. A feature that could be seen as both good and bad is the location: it is a bit far from the city center. However, this means it is very quiet and peaceful both in the morning and at night; there is no noise. Another downside was the lack of hot water, though it wasn't an issue for me at all. In the summer heat and with this much humidity, not having hot water isn't a big problem anyway. I stayed for 1 week and was so satisfied that I extended my stay for another 11 days. During my 2-month vacation, I couldn't extend it any further because their rooms were fully booked; otherwise, it's a place where you could easily stay for 1-2 months. Considering all of this, including the price, my actual rating is an 8.5, but I am giving it a 10 to help boost their score. None

The hotel’s close to the spa, laundry shop, cafés, and a short walk to the beach. It also has an elevator, which is a big plus if you have heavy luggage. They let us leave our luggage and wait in the lounge while we awaited our bus to Ninh Bin. The only drawback was that noise from the next room or hallway could be heard from our room, and we could also hear some construction work (not their fault).

staff were so friendly and really looked after us the whole time we were there. we stayed for 3 months and really felt welcome and at home. nada
