We had a mishap with an item left behind at the hotel, and the staff kindly sent it to Guatemala City; it was an oil we had bought in San Juan, and thanks to their diligence we were able to recover it.

The spot is great, just a stone’s throw from the main street, and the bed feels comfy. They claim breakfast is included, but since last year it hasn’t been. They also say there’s a terrace, yet none exists. I asked for a light to be fixed and never got any help.
