The receptionist, Navoda, delayed my check‑in by asking for my vehicle’s license plate and checking room availability, while a woman who arrived two minutes later was checked in immediately, leaving me waiting for confirmation.
“Only the location is good but the stay is very bad i think all the managment and staff need training”
The room was good but the staff in the reception they need more training they are communicating with the guest as they dont have. Managment The welcoming and information they need more training on that. The housekeeping they are not cleaning the room good They just make the bed clean bathroom and left If u have any carbege or the table not clean or something like this they dont tuch U should ask for every thing u need Toothtick or iron or any thing should be in the room U should call and aske for that For the check out if u r in hurry they late to send someone to pick up the leguge they late in everything
