“Super nette personeel!”

I can't find words to describe the staff—they're all so kind, respectful, and polite. It's really nice to see such people; you can chat with them, and they're incredibly helpful. I truly want to thank them for that. On the downside, parking is lacking and chaotic. Cleaning and overall hygiene could be much better; more attention is needed there. I see room for improvement in the accommodation as well. There's a spacious outdoor area that could be used more effectively.

“It's a shame about the details, otherwise it would be an excellent choice for Iskenderun trips.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious. It was convenient for sports gear and a supermarket nearby. However, the room wasn't exactly clean; some fixtures were rusty and encrusted, and the attention to detail was poor. Several parts were broken or malfunctioning. The kitchen lacked a stovetop, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.—it was completely lacking. Breakfast was available for a fee in the room below, which would have been fine, but it was too late for early‑arriving workers, so it went unused. Early in the morning the bathroom water was only cold, but by evening it was perfect and even very hot.

Everything was very nice and organized during our stay at your hotel, and we thank you for your hospitality. The only issue is that the prices for extra services such as the spa and massage are a bit high; if the price‑performance balance were a bit better, the experience would be even more flawless. Thanks again for everything. We think the spa and massage pricing could have been more reasonable.

“Très bien”

The place was clean, but there was nothing else to note.

La chambre, l'accueil, le wifi, le petit déjeuner (non inclus). L'emplacement très éloigné du centre
