The staff were friendly, there were plenty of towels in the bathroom, the A/C was a relief, and parking was convenient. The bathroom needed tweaks: the toilet was hard to sit on, the sink was too close to the knees, the shower knobs were loose and falling out of the tile wall, and the TV channels were hard to find with a remote that barely worked. The kitchenette was shut off; there was a mini‑fridge but no coffee or tea pot.

The location was close to the event I was attending. The person checking me in was probably around 93 years old and didn't speak English well, so I had to repeat myself a thousand times. It took about twenty minutes to check in, and I had to spell my name and address out loud for him to type it into the computer one button at a time and write it on a notebook. Parking was scarce—only one small spot was available, so I had to park my truck along the wall. When I entered the room I saw, with a laugh, that the iron on the wall was chained to prevent theft, which made me feel it was a cheap place. The blankets were old, disgusting, and smelled like Indian food. I guess you get what you pay for.

The location was very convenient and the price fit our budget. The management was unprofessional, the listing was misleading, and the facilities were poor. The property looked very different from its online description. The rooms were outdated; the bathroom was so bad that my child was scared to use it. The management was hard to deal with. We brought two cars but could only park one, even though a garage was available to other guests. The owner’s wife confronted me aggressively at both arrival and departure, demanding I move my car while I was loading and unloading luggage. They also tried to push the checkout time to 9:00 AM, so I had to involve customer service, who confirmed the standard 10:00 AM checkout. I would not recommend staying here.
