Everything was beautiful – the castle, the park, the air was heavenly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. There was nothing that could be improved!

The TV quality was good, there was a concert, and parking was available. However, the fan in the bathroom kept humming loudly for about 3 minutes after the lights were turned off, there was only one chair in the room, the breakfast selection was weak, and the fire alarm was not managed by anyone (smoke detector?).
