AJ was very friendly, helpful, and polite—no complaints about him. However, the area is not ideal for out‑of‑town visitors or business travelers because of the many random transients walking around, and the room still smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non‑smoking area; I cancelled my reservation and AJ was understanding and polite about the situation.

The owner was amazing and very nice to me, he was very informative and went above and beyond his duties, making sure my guest and I were comfortable and valued our choices on what we paid for.

“Value for money and location”

I was initially unsure about booking based on the reviews, yet my stay at this motel turned out to be delightful. The motel is currently being renovated, yet the room remained clean, comfortable, and well maintained, just as I had hoped. The staff greeted me with friendliness and readiness to assist, always smiling. The location was convenient, and the overall vibe felt safe and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town! I liked the location, the staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the easy access to the VA hospital.

The room was filthy: surfaces were dusty, there were cobwebs on the bed, and the sheets were dirty. The bathroom looked like it was from the 1960s. The courtyard was a mess, and the chairs in the room had cigarette burns on them. It was just a complete mess; I didn’t even stay, leaving after only 20 minutes.
