The location was decent and the staff tried to accommodate, yet they spoke almost no English; the property was noisy, run down, and definitely not a 4‑star hotel.

Conveniently located, 5‑7 minutes on foot to Old Batumi’s center and 5 minutes to the beach, with shops, pharmacies and eateries nearby.

It was my first time in Batumi and Georgia overall, and I was very impressed; the city blends history and modernity, the hotel was clean, cozy, and the breakfasts hearty. The owner greeted me with a warm smile and offered a glass of homemade wine, as per Georgian tradition. I recommend this hotel and meeting the owner, a true Georgian gentleman. The only downside was the windows faced the road and it was noisy until about an hour after midnight.

A wonderful boutique hotel in the city center with comfortable, cozy rooms. The biggest plus is the owner, Nugzar, who makes you feel like a valued guest from the moment you enter, resolves any issue instantly, and fulfills any request immediately; he embodies the gracious and majestic spirit of Georgia. We’ll definitely return.
