The proximity to the train station and nearby amenities was convenient, but the room felt a bit small.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was outstanding, and the staff were very helpful and friendly; there was nothing to add.

Location - direct opposite Ueno station. We stayed in a standard double room and the bed was a bit small, smaller than Queen size. Also the bed was with 1 side against the wall which maked it difficult for the person sleeping on that side to enter
