The staff were just wonderful. So accommodating and lovely.
The pool was excellent and the aircon was a lifesaver

“Great!”
The staff were beautiful. The restaurant staff knew our names and would ask us what we were doing each day. I had a few personal issues going on, and the staff would check on me constantly.
“Rock hard beds and constant, repetitive music around the pool. Not relaxing.”
The staff were friendly, but the beds were rock hard and music played constantly around the pool from 11am to 9pm, even when no one was there. It didn’t help that our room overlooked the pool bar, so we couldn’t escape it; we left and moved to Anvaya in Kuta.

The place was lovely and quiet, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were beautiful, attentive, and genuinely interested in what we were doing, taking a real interest in us each day. Internally, though, it’s starting to show some wear, especially with surface deterioration in the bathroom.
