The hotel was ideal for my location, but I found hairs in the shower and makeup on the towel.

The hotel was brilliant and the stay was great, thank you! I think they may have forgotten my food order… I knew it would take a while so I waited patiently, but after a long episode that felt like a celebrity potters throw‑down, I still hadn’t received it. I asked and she sorted it out. Lovely. 😊

I really liked the location, just a quarter of an hour from Stansted Airport. I didn't like the shower cleanliness; the seals were very dirty.

The 2 ladies at the front desk were really friendly and helpful. Room nice and clean. Convenient location. Had a room next to the stairs which were quite creekey when people went up and down. Plug was missing from the sink and was a little bit smelly
