Behind the property, the private area was well set up and the room had everything we needed; we were allowed to use the backyard for our dogs while the owners kept theirs inside. The only concern was parking on the road; given the situation in Alice Springs, we were uneasy, but the owner offered to move their car if we wanted to park in the driveway. We declined that generous offer and our car was fine.

“Kind and generous hosts in a real home”

The hosts were lovely, very warm, and generous, which was the main impression; it’s essentially staying in someone’s home, so that should be clear before booking. A lock on the bedroom door would be nice.
