The location is fine. The breakfast and room cleaning were lacking. I had to call the hotel at lunch and nobody answered for over an hour.

It’s close to the beach. The room is small.

The location, the staff’s welcome, and the cleanliness were excellent. Breakfast was very good, mostly continental, though there were few pastries available.

Nothing special, the stay was ruined and the presentation was misleading. We had booked a 35 m² suite shown in photos with a terrace, two separate spaces and twin beds. On arrival we got a single double‑bed room, no terrace or separation. The room offered was no more than 15 m², yet the hotel insisted it was 35 m². The bathroom tiles were moldy and we found a dead insect that looked very much like a cockroach in the shower. Another trick: the sofa‑bed wasn’t a sofa‑bed at all; they added an extra bed next to it, with a mattress as hard as stone and thin as paper. Breakfast was also disappointing: portions were limited to eggs OR toast, never both, and some items that were supposed to be included were regularly “forgotten” during service. It felt like a constant restriction to cut costs. The highlight was the pool, whose stagnant water emitted a strong unpleasant odor – we never used it that week. We alerted the hotel and Booking during the stay, but the hotel gave no satisfactory solution and preferred to ignore us. Even the staff were embarrassed for us, and the owner who was supposed to meet us hid all week to avoid his responsibilities. I book about fifty accommodations a year for work, and I’ve never seen such a scam. Many other hotels in Ibiza exist; don’t be fooled. €1 439 for accommodation that doesn’t match what was booked: unacceptable. With deceptive presentation, bad faith and poor service, we strongly advise against this establishment.
