“Hotel Excepional nota mil 🫶🏻♥️”

The hotel itself is exceptional, the room and the bed are wonderful, the floor of the room is warm, the bathroom heats up at dawn, which makes all the difference. The balcony offers a marvelous view, plus a view of the cable car. Its location is very close to downtown Capivari. Everyone at the hotel is helpful and polite, from reception, breakfast, to the valet; everyone deserves praise. We felt welcomed! I loved spending my 29th wedding anniversary at this exceptional hotel! We will definitely return and highly recommend it!!!

“Sensacional”

I would give the L.A.H. a million points if I could, because 9.8 feels far too low to capture how it feels to stay there. The service is phenomenal, truly moving, and makes you feel at home even when you're far from it. The welcome is so sincere you can let your guard down, forget the rush, and just enjoy the moment. You feel cared for, respected, and loved. I came to stay and left refreshed, and I say from the heart that what you do is a therapy for the soul. There’s rest, affection, and a peace you carry home with the memories. The whole team deserves my thanks and admiration. It’s beautiful to meet people who make such a difference in someone’s experience and well‑being. I return home with a light heart, immense gratitude, and a desire to come back. “Uma experiência impecável em Campos do Jordão!”

I had the pleasure of staying at the L.A.H. during the L’Étape Campos do Jordão and can affirm that the experience was exceptional in every way. The hotel boasts extremely beautiful, elegant, and well‑maintained facilities. The heated pool is a great differentiator, as is the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms. I was very well accommodated in a spacious room that comfortably held all my personal items, luggage, a bike, and even a fully assembled bicycle, without compromising comfort or circulation. Another highlight is the service. All staff were extremely helpful, polite, and attentive, always ready to assist. The owner herself shows special care for guests, making the experience even more welcoming. The hotel also offers valet parking and a transfer to downtown Campos do Jordão, adding further convenience during the stay. I have absolutely no complaints, only compliments! It is a place that combines beauty, comfort, excellent infrastructure, and, above all, distinctive service. Thank you to the entire team for the hospitality and the affection with which we were received. I will definitely return on the next opportunity! I recommend it without reservation! Sem reclamações!
