Texbed

“Sehr empfehlenswert, der Aufenthalt bleibt uns in bester Erinnerung.”

A friendly host who prepared breakfast in the kitchen every morning exceeded all expectations; the apartment feels modern and cozy, and its central location means you’re just a short walk from Den Burg’s center, plus a free private parking spot is available.

“Sehr schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung, wo man wunderbar Urlaub machen kann. Absolut zu empfehlen.”

The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, and the location is very quiet, with a fantastic breakfast and a very kind host, though the stairs up could be a challenge for people with limited mobility.

We were, as always, very satisfied at Texbed; the high‑quality, comfortable furnishings and close proximity to the city center make for a great stroll or dining experience, the generous breakfast gives a perfect start, and the air‑conditioned rooms keep nights cool even when temperatures rise outside—definitely a place we’ll return to.

Den Burg is just a few minutes on foot and great for a walk; the furnishings and amenities are flawless, thoughtfully sustainable, and the free shop worked well, leaving us feeling very comfortable, though a note for people with mobility issues: the bed, shower, and bathroom are upstairs and only reachable by stairs, which we found cozy.

“Een fantastische B&B van alle gemakken voorzien”

There’s plenty of space to move around, a good layout, and peace; everything is spot‑on, from a delightful breakfast to a very good bed, plus free electric car charging, a cool stay on hot days, and the host’s regular check‑ins to see if anything was missing—Chappoo 👌🏼, just wish the week had been longer to enjoy more.
