Very clean and comfortable. The environment was peaceful. The counter staff was kind and courteous. No issues this visit.

“Dirty,dirty,DIRTY!”

The room was unbelievably dirty; my son crawled on the floor for 5 minutes while we unpacked the luggage rack and his knees and tops of his feet were black, and there was so much hair on the toilet and tub. They didn’t clean a thing, they told me and other guests different breakfast times and when we went for breakfast, nothing was there.

“Nasty I’ll never stay here ever again”

Nothing positive; it was filthy. My room was filthy, used wash rags, condoms in the room, no pillow case on the pillow.

“I rarely leave reviews, but this was the worst hotel I have stayed at in the US”

When I arrived, the room was filthy: greasy handprints on the headboard, grime on the bathroom wall, stains on the faucet and countertop; the shower shelf was broken and missing, the clothes hanger shelf was pulled out and falling off the wall, towels were just tossed on a shelf and I couldn't tell if they were clean; the bathroom itself was poorly cleaned, a drawer still had leftover party favors from a previous guest, the phone was disgusting, furniture finishes were peeling and bubbled, a large water stain marred one lamp shade, the lamp on the headboard lacked a bulb and its shade was just sitting on the base, and the desk chair was broken and unsafe; I told the front desk when I checked out but they seemed uninterested; I’ve attached photos, but they don’t fully capture the mess.

“I didn’t stay because so room and hallways was so dirty”

I was only checked in for 7 minutes and never actually stayed; they denied me a refund even though nothing was dirty.
