The place is child‑friendly with attention to detail, and I loved the basket breakfast.

It's a paradise for children. Lovely owners and staff, beautiful large garden. Cottage 5 and 7 were great to stay in. My son loved it and was so sad it was fully booked the last time we were in HB.

Easy parking close to my apartment. The location is great near Constantia Neck (Table Mountain parking), and I went on some great day hikes nearby. Staff were really nice! Security was good.

Beautiful lodge with exceptional rooms and service. The gardens and the walk down the path to the river are lovely, and the surrounding mountains are spectacular.
