Horse stables and a games room are available, with the city centre of Apeldoorn 20 minutes away by car.

Friendly staff at both the hotel and the restaurant, a neat room and bathroom, and tasty food at the restaurant. The location is great and the surroundings are beautiful. The only downside was the mosquitoes that bit us while we slept with the windows open for fresh air. At breakfast the chocolate buns and cake ran out quickly and weren't refilled, though the rest of the spread was replenished promptly.

The hotel sits nicely by the forest and there is plenty of parking available. The bistro dinner was very expensive and the quality was only average.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. We were assigned a small room, which was not the main issue. The beds were tiny and the mattresses were terrible; we couldn't close our eyes, the mattresses were too narrow and too soft, making it impossible to turn over.

Breakfast was fine. The reception staff were not helpful, the beds were uncomfortable, and the restaurant’s opening hours were inconvenient.
