The people working there are genuinely nice, always greeting you with a smile and quick to answer questions. Nothing else to complain about, just a friendly crew that makes the stay pleasant.

For the price we paid the stay was decent and the spot is right where you want to be, close to everything. The only annoying part was that they only accepted cash, which made things a bit awkward.

“Well located, but poor sound insulation affects comfort”

Location is solid – you’re within walking distance of restaurants and bars, which is great. Unfortunately the room faces the lobby and you can hear every conversation, door opening and even occasional staff arguments, loud enough to wake you up.

“disappointed”

Janella and the night staff were a real help, especially when the place was under construction and the dust, noise, and fresh‑paint smell made the stay miserable. Our room smelled like wet paint and they couldn’t move us, even after opening the door to air it out, and later they double‑booked us, sending us to a “nicer” hotel with no AC or running water.

Mireya and her colleague (I can’t recall the name) were on the ball the whole week, always flashing a smile even when things got busy. We were there from June 29 to July 6 2025 and the service stayed spot‑on the whole time. Funny enough, the other young staff member shares my birthday—June 29—so that was a nice coincidence.
