The room and the area were good, but the internet coverage was not good.

The location was the only best thing about the hotel, but the breakfast service was a disaster. We were told at check‑in that breakfast would run until 10:00 AM, so I went down at about 8:50 AM hoping for a quieter crowd. The area was relatively quiet, yet almost all the food counters were empty and no F&B staff were checking or refilling them. I had to ask two staff members at the entrance—who had been chatting for almost 10 minutes—why no one was replenishing the food. Their reply was “Yes sir, banyak dah habis.” It was infuriating that guests had to ask for food. The F&B team should monitor the buffet and top up as needed, especially with breakfast officially served until 10:00 AM. Around 9:10 AM and 9:15 AM, a large family and a group of girls also came down, asking why the food wasn’t replenished, showing I wasn’t the only one noticing. I don’t mind if the selection is average, but having almost everything gone by 8:50 AM with no effort to refill is simply unacceptable. This breakfast experience was very disappointing and definitely not worth what I paid for the stay. WORST!

The highlight of the stay was definitely the sea view—just open the sliding door and you see a wide, beautiful view. Other than that, the experience was quite disappointing. Breakfast was very limited, especially for RM55 per adult. The only main dishes were nasi lemak, mee goreng and chicken curry, along with toast, waffles and sunny‑side‑up eggs (no scrambled eggs or other egg options). The nasi lemak and mee goreng were too salty, the chicken curry had undercooked chicken, and the porridge and bread weren’t refilled once they ran out. For RM55 per person, I expected much better variety and quality. The café dine‑in and room service were also closed during our stay because the resort was catering to a group of tourists. Understandable from the resort’s side, but it felt unfair to other guests, especially since there aren’t many restaurants nearby, so we had to wait and look for alternatives. The iron/ironing board can only be used for 30 minutes and must be returned.
