Breakfast was outstanding, and the starters and vegetable buffet at dinner were just as good. Every staff member was courteous and kind. The room was lovely with a fantastic view, and we appreciated the evening check‑ins from the ladies to see if everything was fine or if we needed anything. The swimming pool was a real highlight.

A beautiful hotel in the centre of Livigno, perfect for exploring the area. The food was excellent and the spa was huge, ideal for relaxing after long walks.

The structure is very good, rooms are large with mountain views, and the services (spa, parking) are solid. Breakfast was amazing, especially the croissants filled with fresh cream. I appreciated the towel change and bath cleaning during dinner, complete with a small chocolate on the bed. The bike facilities are well equipped, with cleaning and a safe room. Overall, great. The only downside is that all the excellent services come with a price. The room was quite warm and there was no way to adjust the temperature inside, only the window could be opened.

Everything about the property appealed to me: the rooms, hospitality, spa, food, location, and staff were all impeccable. If I had to compare the hotel to a designer, I’d liken it to Giorgio Armani; if I had to compare it to a stone, it would be a pure diamond—essential, elegant, refined, discreet, never over the top, and meticulously detailed. Truly a unique place.
