The staff are very friendly, the food is good, and the beds are very comfortable. Suggestion: let guests know in advance that they have to pay a tourism fee so it isn’t a surprise.
The building is very nice, rooms are clean and spacious. Great location, just a 2‑minute walk to the metro and a 30‑minute walk to the city centre if you want. The breakfast is plentiful and the staff are helpful.

All the staff were super friendly and attentive, especially Luciana, and the kitchen/serving staff were also very attentive; the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable, but when we asked for a second mattress they put it in right away and it improved a lot.
