The spot in Miraflores was great, the kitchen let us cook our own meals, the room was clean and roomy, and the shower was hot with good pressure. However, we were asked for an extra $14 that wasn’t listed on the app, supposedly a booking mistake that didn’t mention the cleaning fee; it only appeared at the very end of the confirmation email after we had already confirmed. On top of that, we were denied an extra roll of toilet paper, which we finally received the next day after we had to buy it ourselves.
