The lady at the front desk who checked us in was outstanding, very customer‑focused, and she pointed out great places for dinner, though a few noisy guests in the hall were a bit distracting.

From the service to the overall experience it was amazing; the location is unbeatable, valet parking was a breeze, and every staff member from the doorman to reception to the bellman was exceptional. The $40 daily dining credits were super handy for exploring restaurants at the hotel, and the views from the Broadway lounge were unmatched—rain or shine, you get the best views while enjoying meals there. I can’t think of any other hotel when I return to NYC, and the room with Times Square views is highly recommended—you won’t regret it!

The room was neat and tidy with no unpleasant odors; everything was very clean and well maintained. The only issue was that rooms 1066–1064, near the door, can be noisy even at midnight as people open and close the door loudly, so try to avoid them if possible.
