“Traumatic”

I stayed there, and it was a mess—dirty everywhere, mould in the bathroom, the carpet stank, and I brought my two small dogs because the place advertised pet friendly. The dogs slept cleanly in their bed in the bathroom, looking cleaner than some long‑term guests, yet I was still kicked out. I was in the middle of a DV crisis, spent all my money on the room, and they didn’t reimburse me right away. It was a traumatic experience overall.

“Disappointing for the price.”

The location was convenient, close enough to visit family, but the property was in dire need of care: leaves piled up on roofs and gardens, weeds sprouting where they shouldn’t. The patio furniture was broken and unsafe, the unit itself required a deep clean—especially the bathroom, which had mouldy windows and ledges. The door handle was broken, and the curtain to the outdoor area was ripped and rotten.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. The manager was friendly. The location fit us perfectly, and we enjoyed a lovely dinner at the nearby Woombye Hotel. Their courtesy bus picked us up and dropped us back home.

It was very comfortable, we had to catch a train at 12.30pm on check out day so rang to see if we could have a late check and they allowed us to check out at Midday we appreciated it as it was also a public holiday, would definitely recommend

“Great place, location, price, staff, ambiance and experience : fully recommend it”

The location, staff demeanor, and goodwill were great, the landscaping was beautiful, and the barbecue unit, balcony, and view were nice, all at a good price. However, the instant coffee was unusable (needs cleaning), the swimming pool was unusable, and the procedures for outside‑business‑hours assistance for minor guest queries and instrumental needs were lacking.
