Size of the room, furniture and bed, that’s pretty much it. It wasn’t the cleanest room I’ve stayed in, especially the bathroom. I ran out of soap in the shower after the first night and the lightbulb was out when I arrived in the bathroom, so the room was not prepped for our stay.

Spacious room for 2 adults and 2 dogs. It seemed a little run down.

Nothing. They cancelled my reservation and neither Sonestra nor anyone else contacted me! I didn’t find out until check‑in. I booked it months ago. It was a college parent weekend and there were very few options in the area. Nightmare!

The beds is very comfortable. Under the kitchen sink is very dirty with 💩 mice, and also the couch dirty with stains
