The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the place felt a little dated.

The hotel was excellent; the room had tea, coffee, and a tea service that even offered a refill after you finished, the room was clean and the air conditioner supplied fresh air. Breakfast was enjoyable and ran until 10:30, and throughout the day we had unlimited tea and water, which we appreciated from Baku; thanks. The Wi‑Fi was spotty at times, otherwise no other problems.
