The Beach House, a Grade II listed Victorian mansion, is situated 200 yards from the beach in Milford on Sea, offering panoramic views of the Isle of Wight and The Needles. Each room features an en suite bathroom, TV, free toiletries, and some have sea views. On-site parking and Wi-Fi are complimentary. The property is a 10-minute drive from the New Forest National Park and 30 minutes from Bournemouth's shops and nightlife.

The spot is great, and the room came with plenty of free hot drinks, which was a nice touch. The front‑of‑house team were lovely, but the bed was hard—though that’s subjective. I stayed in room 5 and found the food quality and presentation very poor, especially the full English breakfast shown in the photo. I gave face‑to‑face feedback to the manager on duty on 14/10/26.

The staff were excellent, and when some noisy guests were in the room above us, we were moved to a new room without any fuss, which we really appreciated. Everything else was just fine.
