The place is clean, quiet, and run by folks who genuinely care about offering quality lodging at a bargain price; in Nashville, the value is unbeatable for basic accommodations. The Sanders Ferry Pizza & Pub across the street serves tasty pizza and an excellent selection of local brews on tap. There’s a slight stale odor from the A/C, which is expected in an older building, and breakfast is basically a coffee pot and vending‑machine pastries, but that’s generous for the price.
