The common area was spacious and comfortable with storage lockers and a privacy curtain; the room was a bit dim at night, hard to find without lights, the AC turned off at midnight, the mattress was a bit firm, and the bathroom could use a fan. The night entry was dark and a bit hard to locate.

The owner was very kind, the place was about 10 minutes from Kōnan Station, and food was easy to find; the quiet location meant no noise issues. The bed had a built‑in power outlet and a bedside lamp, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were provided, and the kitchen and fridge were available for use. A lockable locker was offered for valuables, and towels were supplied even though the room was small. When I ran into a problem, the owner responded right away. The half‑basement layout lacked ventilation, which irritated my throat, the mattress was fairly firm, and there were many slippers and combs left by previous guests.
