“Unworthy management! Below average stay”
The staff on the ground and housekeeping were really on top of things, super helpful and understanding. But, honestly, the management was a disaster. It felt like they had no idea how to run the place, and the people in charge were completely lacking in empathy - conversations with them were blunt and unhelpful. We had a nightmare with our check-in, rooms weren't ready at 2 PM like we'd been told, and they tried to fob us off with a lesser room, but we managed to get what we'd booked.
