The location is excellent. The hotel is fairly new and very well designed. The rooms are large and very nice. The reception was extremely friendly with a top‑class check‑in. The guidance and care from a very, very, very warm employee named Hani were outstanding and world‑class! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ However, we were not completely convinced by the staff. Some employees’ behavior does not match that of a five‑star hotel.
