The lady staff were very nice, helpful, and patient; I recommend booking this hotel. It’s close to the subway and not far from the bullet train, and near most attractions.

We stayed with family, the hotel’s location is very convenient—metro nearby, staff polite, daily room cleaning, a bottle of beer and cola in the fridge 🤗🤗🤗, clean linens!!! Breakfast was tasty, the chef cooks excellently!!! Receptionist Tan Eh explained everything, the room was ready for check‑in!!! Highly recommend; a good stay will be ensured!!!

It’s right outside the metro station, making the location very convenient. The staff didn’t speak English, but they were very accommodating, giving taxi tips, tour info, and locations to visit, and even brewed coffee themselves! The room was big, clean, and had all advertised facilities, including a small fridge. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom spacious and clean, amenities were very good, and the heated toilet seat amused me! The entrance was hard to find—just an elevator door—but staff gave me exact directions to the lobby. Breakfast could offer more western options. Other than that, I had zero complaints.
