There was nothing positive to mention. The property was filthy and full of roaches, the staff were awful, and after requesting a refund I only got $97 back.

The location was great and the staff were amazing, yet the hallway floors were gross, stained, and smelled bad, the people around were sketchy, the room was spacious, but there was no ice machine, no cups, plates, or silverware in the room, no extra linen for the pull‑out sofa, and we had to pay for extra towels—I'll never book here again.

When the bed was made they put the blanket next to the skin and I had to remake it so the sheet was right; no one was at the desk in the morning so I couldn’t get a cart to move my luggage, which was hard on my legs because I’m handicapped.
