The area was bleak and dangerous, with motorbike traffic that didn’t respect pedestrians. I never received any attention from the owner or manager, only a WhatsApp. He asked me to pay a 33‑euro municipal tax; I told him I had no cash and asked if he could charge me with a POS machine, but he never came in person. I intended to pay him.

The location is fantastic. We’re walkers, and we could stroll around the city in every direction with ease. Even though the space is small, it’s more than perfect for a tourist stay with overnight visits. Reading other comments, I must disagree about the noise; it was very peaceful every night after 22:00. Yet, you’re just a stone’s throw from music, food, and people. Next door is a tiny shop ideal for quick purchases. As for the host, I’m not fluent in Italian, but he was very patient with my Italian and explained everything in an easy‑to‑understand way. The downside is that there’s no place to eat any food inside; there’s no small table, spoon, or glass. So, even if you’re walking all day, it’s a bit tough not having a glass for water, a spoon for yogurt, or a table for pizza leftovers.
