I appreciated being greeted, I had to check‑in at night because of my flight time, and the staff kept in touch with me via WhatsApp, asking how I was doing. The breakfast was great, Dulce was extremely attentive to guests and friendly, and when I needed an iron she promptly lent me one and helped me out. I was a bit uneasy because the balcony door that leads to the pool didn’t lock; being alone I felt a little scared. I spoke with Dulce and she assured me I could relax about it.

“Bom custo benefício”

The location was very good, close to Beto Carrero. On the second day we walked around and it was calm. The staff were very kind and relaxed. Breakfast was decent. Parking is a car behind another car and it’s a hassle when you need to leave. The TV isn’t smart and sometimes the signal goes out.
