The only thing worth mentioning was how close it was to MIA, but that’s all; there was no front‑desk staff, no security at all, and even when we tried to leave, nobody was there to let us out. A personal call even told us we couldn’t pass through our own compartment – it felt like a prison.

The spot is ten minutes from the airport, the bathrooms are clean and comfortable, and host Luis is friendly; it's a good spot to rest instead of waiting at the airport. However, the rooms are large spaces split by screens into tiny areas, offering zero privacy and being very noisy—someone next door snored all night, another kept the lights on, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. Adding a coffee and water station or a vending machine, and improving the partitions to create real rooms would help.
