The hotel’s location is close to the Industrial History Museum and the Oktoberfest venue, but the TV in the room lacked major network channels except ABC, the picture was sometimes pixelated, and the shower had no grab bars.

I was only a 5 minute drive from my daughter’s dorm at Lehigh, and the hotel had everything I needed, including a restaurant that serves nightly dinners every night except Sunday. It was far better than staying in an Airbnb.

We liked the location, but the shower head had black mold and we didn’t use the shower; when I complained, the staff apologized and said they would have someone deep‑clean it for a $25 competition.
