The hotel has a good location within the neighborhood, feels safe with good lighting around. The breakfast buffet is very good. The room is too small, with little space between the bed and the wall, which makes it difficult for older people. The bathroom is fine. Cleaning was a bit lacking overall but acceptable.

The rooms are a bit small, but for what I needed they were adequate; they’re always clean. The size of the rooms is the only downside.

The location is fine, yet the TV stopped working; the repair person fixed it for only ten seconds before I gave up. When I tried to order dinner, the kitchen lady ignored me, and as I walked toward the mall she muttered in Sesotho to another guest instead of asking me directly—rude.
