Hotel One Vogue Mall 35 Rawalpindi

The staff, from the front desk to the cleaners, made my stay feel welcoming and comfortable. Soha went above and beyond to personalize everything, while Nadia handled payments smoothly and professionally. Suhab and Zain manage daily operations well and are always helpful. Ghazi greets you with a smile and creates a warm atmosphere. The whole team is wonderful, and their hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. The only hiccup was that hot water had to be requested, which is understandable given the occupancy; it’s not a problem.

“Easy location”

The property is excellent, impeccably clean, and the rooms are roomy. The location is superb, offering easy access to everything you might need.

The staff at Gando was terrible, with bad behavior at the reception. I think the agent and staff are mindless; I'm very disappointed. The service is simply awful, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed here many times and it is always neat and clean, with staff who are consistently very friendly. It is the best place in this area.

“Hotel a must to try.”

Everything was perfect. Receptionists Nadia and Ayesha were the most welcoming, and breakfast staff Amriina was very helpful. Cleaners worked to perfection. The location is superb, with banks, pharmacies, hospitals, restaurants, malls, and more all nearby. I will be staying here again in the future, as I have visited a few times already.
