“Soggiorno fantastico”
We've been coming here for years; it's welcoming and conveniently located near the center—great. Some rooms have slightly uncomfortable mattresses, and this time our bed wasn't the best, but otherwise everything was fine.
Cleanliness, food, and staff courtesy were all great, nothing to complain about.
“Das Aufenthalt hat den Zweck erfuellt, problemlos, angenehm”
The wellness area, thermal water, and massage showers were great, but the breakfast room's level was low; the breakfast selection wasn't enticing but sufficient.
This is our second stay; the pool is nice and the poolside bar is convenient—we ordered a toast and spritz, both excellent. The rooms are clean with large balconies, and we're used to that area, switching hotels often, but now we always book Hotel Smeraldo when we return. I have nothing to complain about that I didn't like.
Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.
