Useless location nothing like in the pictures. Pictures are from 30 years ago, the place is so shattered and need a big upgrade. I’ve not stayed a minute. Not giving even 1 star. there is no use of beach. huge construction going on the beach. big consignment making huge noises. no vibe looks dead. I need my refund back at any cost. need to know what they putting up and charging people for luxury holidays. It’s look like mental asylum. I literally started crying asap I arrived. Everything totally everything. there is nothing to like

Excellent location and extraordinary hospitality. The staff were very courteous, helpful, and caring, from housekeeping to restaurant personnel. The spa and Ayurveda wellness centre deserve special mention; the treatments and relaxing massages were guided by highly competent Ayurveda doctors.

The staff are very friendly n always smiling n very accommodating. 1. The gym could be much better equipped n kept clean n dust free. The towels were not replaced on some days. 2. The electricity kept going off now and then . 3. The spa can be improved in terms of ambience
