The breakfast was good. The mattresses on the beds were bad / worn out, offered no back support, and there was noise from the hallway and from the neighbors/over‑room.

Easy to reach by car and you can get a parking spot if you need to stay late at night. The whole hotel has an amazing design, art, school museum, breakfast area, view, not to mention a generous breakfast and friendly, positive staff.

The location is absolutely top. The room was large and nice. The bed was good. The breakfast buffet was also good. The cleaning in the bathroom was not quite up to standard and the shower head was heavily calcified and splashed everywhere.
